What is the payment method?
Usually 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy. Or L/C at sight for large orders.

Yes, we can help consolidate your goods from other suppliers in China and ship them together to save your freight cost.
How do you pack the conveyor belts for sea shipment?
Belts are packed in strong wooden/steel cores with waterproof materials, or as per your specific request.
Can you provide documentation for customs clearance?
Yes, we provide all necessary documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, CO, etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Can we use the brand on the packaging? How to protect our customers?
Yes, we can print your logo on the belt surface and customize the packaging to protect your brand.
What if there is a quality problem with the goods?
Please provide photos or videos, and our technical team will analyze it within 24 hours. If it's our manufacturing defect, we will take full responsibility.
